Shipping Policy
 

We value your time and would like your products to reach you as soon as possible in the finest condition. Therefore, we work with a wide network of delivery partners to ensure we are able to service the biggest cities and smallest towns across the country.

 

  • We currently offer free standard shipping across India. This means delivery within 7-10 days for all tier 1 cities and metros and between 10 -15 days if you are located outside.

 

  • If you live outside India and wish to make a purchase, please write to us on info@neterhome.com; we will work out a way to bring our beauties home to you!

 

  • We do not currently offer a live tracking option but you can always write to us on info@neterhome.com if you have been waiting for more than 15 days to receive your product.

 

  • If you are in a hurry and need your products delivered in a rush, do not sweat. Please write to us on info@neterhome.com and we will arrange prime delivery for a small additional fee. 

 
 
Returns Policy
 

We want to ensure you have the best possible experience with our products. If your order reaches you damaged, please share pictures of the damaged product along with your invoice number on info@neterhome.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Our customer care will reach you within 1-2 working days to verify your request. Once this is done, your product will be replaced free of charge. 

 

Please note that all our products are handcrafted by artisans and small variations in products is therefore inevitable. These variations do not count as damage and will not be considered for returns.

 
Cancellation Policy
 
An order once placed, cannot be cancelled. If an order has been placed wrongly or you have experienced a technical error on our website, please write to us on info@neterhome.com along with your invoice number and (if available) a screenshot of your experience. Our customer care team will reach out within 1-2 working days to process your request.
